8 THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Be Nice and Respectful.
- LEARN about the Legislator/Person
with whom you are meeting.
- Be BRIEF.
- Tell the Legislator why supporting
real reform the bill is good for them.
- BE honest about the strengths
and weaknesses of your position.
- Be LOCAL.
- ASK FOR SOMETHING!
- FOLLOW UP.
